Shipping Conditions
Orders sent by EMS Express Mail Service are tracked and insured and will be fully refunded in case of non-delivery.
Orders sent by Economy Air Mail (SAL) are not insured, and will not be refunded if late or lost. (This has never happened to me or any of my friends before when sending from Japan.) If you haven't received your order after four weeks, please contact me and I will re-ship your order free of charge.
Returns: Please ask questions BEFORE you purchase if you are unsure of the details of any item! Returns will be accepted for a refund of item price if returned (postmarked) within 1 week of receiving item. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Postage costs both ways are the buyer's responsibility. Be sure to contact me by email as early as possible before returning anything.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility. If you are unsure, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing an order.

- Australian and New Zealand purchases are ALL duty-free. YAY ^_^
- EU European countries are duty and VAT-free up to 22 Euros (approx AUD$29)
- Other European countries have varying duty-free allowances, often $30~$200, please check your country's allowances.
- Canada: duty- and GST free up to $20.
- United States: I haven't found any definite information, however the last order to the United States totalling $27.10 was received without having to pay anything. My guess is that lunchboxes etc are duty-free.
