Shipping Conditions
Orders sent by EMS Express Mail Service are tracked and insured and will be fully refunded in case of non-delivery. You will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation.
Orders sent by Economy Air Mail (SAL) are not insured, and will not be refunded if late or lost. If you haven't received your order after four weeks, please contact me and I will re-ship your order free of charge. So far, we have seen 99.5% of SAL orders arrive safely.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility. If you are unsure, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing an order.
However, after over 180 happy customers, not one has reported having to pay any duties or taxes. It seems that as long as you don't purchase more than five of one item, the limits do not apply.
Australian and New Zealand purchases are ALL duty-free. YAY ^_^
United States: I haven't found any definite information, however all the orders I have sent to the United States arrived without any delay or duty.EU European countries are duty and VAT-free up to 22 Euros (approx AUD$29)Other European countries have varying duty-free allowances, most between $30~$200, please check your country's allowances.Canada: duty- and GST free up to $20. However, I have sent orders above $20 to Canada to which the customer did not report having to pay any tax.

If, after placing your order you wish to change or cancel your order, please email me ASAP to (shinobu@littlejapanmama.com) If I haven't already packaged and sent it, I will cancel and refund it and you can place a new order.
If you wish to add items but don't want to cancel and re-place your order, I can send you a separate invoice for the item(s) and you just pay the item price total plus $0.50 for the Paypal invoice fee (provided your order is still within the same flat rate shipping bracket).
