ReplyDeleteI found this post pretty helpful because the advice feels realistic rather than complicated. 👍 After practicing for a while, I like checking myself with a reaction test. It gives you a quick challenge where you need to notice a signal and respond immediately. Doing several rounds can show whether your focus and coordination are getting better.
