❤Sushi

Nigiri-zushi, maki-zushi (including futomaki, hosomaki, and temakizushi...and uramaki), chirashi-zushi, oshi-zushi, inari-zushi, kazari-zushi.

To be honest, I don't make sushi very often, as I find it time-consuming, (especially when compared to what I usually make: nabe, stir-frys or teppan-yaki).  Maybe just a few times a month.  Makoto would like me to make it every day...> <... and although he misses the nigiri-zushi and raw fish which is readily available in Japan, he also loves the western-style sushi, especially if they involve soft-shell crab or deep-fried prawns.

Eating at a kaiten-zushi (sushi train) in Japan, sometimes the one you want doesn't come around.  If you know the name of what you want, it's easy to place an order.
